Pinetop-Lakeside Public Library

Kid's section needs to be enclosed, think they're office worker's grand kids as they called her grandma, had to wear my earplugs for the disturbing noise. No librarian told them to quiet down. I came here to do some paperwork and needed peace and quiet, not gonna happen today! Stopped here again today 7/27/23, noise just amplified. Back in my day, library were to remain quiet so people can focus on their research or paperwork. Now people are so disrespectful talking loud, laughing, carrying on conversations about everything. I miss the Winslow library with quality-friendly staff. It's inconvenient to have to wear earplugs but it's useful so I can focus on task at hand.

Great staff. Very peaceful and pleasant library. Easy to talk to staff who really seem to know everyone who comes in. They're great with the kids, helpful and kind. They have a lot of nice community programs going on for kids and adults. We stop by there anytime we're in the area. No joke, it is a nice place to just sit and read.. I highly recommend you check them out.

What an excellent library! Always have new releases- Great selection of books, dvds, etc. Tons of books and fun activities for kids and an AMAZING manga/graphic novel selection for my teenager. Not to mention the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and fun. We are so impressed with and proud of our mountain library!

Great little community library. Staff super friendly. Jason at the front desk is very helpful and so nice. He is thoughtful and helpful to the kids. Just a pleasure to go to the branch. You can order a book and they will find it for you.

I've been to them all in the surrounding areas and this by far is the best library. It's small but clean, with a very nice and helpful staff.. which makes such a difference on your visit to the library. We appreciate you!
