Dickey's Barbecue Pit

They just can't seem to get it right it's a bbq place so there's supposed to be bbq sauce I even paid for extra sauce and didn't get it. I know I ordered it on door dash but that doesn't mean they should slack in the order just kinda grinds my gears. You know you pay for something you should get it. Why you guys so stingy with the sause.

Picked up a pound of brisket, potato salad and bbq sauce. Requested the fatty parts of the brisket because that is where all the flavor is!! :-D Lol! And, I must say, the brisket was YUMMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got the regular bbq sauce and it was delicious too. Oh, we also picked up a couple of their pecan pies which were quite good. The inside of the restaurant is pretty big/spacious. The restroom was nice and clean. That in itself tells me that they really care about hygiene. The workers were friendly and professional and were totally accommodating (the worker let me see all of the side dishes so that I could make a better-informed decision before choosing. Lol!). Thanks for lifting all of the heavy metal lids for me. Much appreciated!! Will be back again for sure. Take care!!

This was my first time stopping in and am very glad I went and tried it! Walked in up to the counter and ordered from the menu, was greeted by a friendly employee who was able to offer suggestions/advice. I ordered the Westerner meal with brisket and pulled pork, side of green beans on a hoagie roll. I opted for the mild barbecue sauce, I think it would have been plain without the sauce, but I liked being able to put the amount I wanted on the sandwich. It also came with a fountain drink. I took it to go, but did note the comfortable, casual atmosphere with plenty of seating and would like to dine in next time with friends or family. Updating my review, just got back, I don't go there often because it's very expensive nowadays to go out also I'm good cook so, there's that. But tonight,I had a pleasant interaction with the girl that was working. Due to the increasing tipping craze I see everywhere. I boycott it unless a situation somehow makes an impression. I don't sneak off like some people do and pretend to, I respectfully proclaim "I prefer not to tip". This evening The girl at the register explain how to bypass the tip segment if using a credit card. She was pleasant even after I explained my practice. Observing that I was on a motorcycle; commented that's okay, just be safe out there. What a nice retort, I'll be going back when I have a second to say thank you and to leave proper gratuity. Delicious bbq. Runs about 20.00/ meal, but plenty in one meal for two. You will really be stuffed if eat a whole potato yourself. Have eaten here many times, very convenient and staff is great!
