Pinecrest branch is a part of the Miami-Dade Public Library System. Nice selection of books and always calm areas inside you can sit and enjoy a good read!

Great atmosphere at this library. On the weekday afternoons, lots of activity with ongoing tutoring. Book selection seems great. The lighting is bright. Plenty of space desk spaces to sit and work/read. They have video games cartridges to checkout. The librarians are super polite and helpful. One of them spent most of her time answering the phone incredibly professionally mostly about the DMVs monthly visit. Every other call was about the DMV.

One of the few things I see my taxes being used for is the public library. On Saturday, February 15th at 2 PM, I sent some documents to be printed that I urgently needed, and the employee at the Pinecrest Library simply told me that they had no more paper in the entire library and that they couldn't print the material I needed. They offered no solution, no alternatives, absolutely nothing. I am very disappointed and I hope measures will be taken. I find it incredible that a library runs out of paper for printing. Unbelievable.
