Pilot House Restaurant and Lounge

We ate outdoors and watched the big boats with the kids. Several different eating areas inside and out. The service was so good because it was packed and there was a steady wind. Brava! The food was excellent and so fresh. One of the perfect Cape eateries!

We had to wait for 45 min on a Saturday night which was not terrible considering we had our dog with us. They have outdoor seating with benches to accommodate us as I believe only the 3 bench tables by the sign are pet friendly. Food was fresh- we got the oyster seafood tower/platter-$65 but it was worth it…oysters were so fresh. We also go the seafood pot pie—so much seafood- scallops, lobster and shrimp with asparagus- I would totally get this again! Steamers were nice and big and again fresh- not sandy at all!! And lastly we got the pork nachos- this was to break up our seafood binge. Perfectly cheesy with beans and shredded pork.

Just great food. The best vegetarian salad I ever had. So good. Great bartender and hostess. Baked stuff clam was good.

Food came out cold. The pound and a quarter lobster bolognese was more like a quarter pound. Lobster Rangoon was empty. This place went down hill big time. Sad it was a favorite spot for us. Service was slow and who doesn’t offer condiments with a plate with fires? Or wings with nothing to dip them in? Prices went up portions got smaller. Very disappointed. To boot we picked here for our wedding anniversary dinner. Won’t be back. Spoke to other guests leaving and they agreed.

Went here with no expectations and was blown away by the quality of everything. The food, the atmosphere and the overall service was just magnificent ! The server was especially impressive because she was super patient and helpful in figuring out some diet options for one person in our group. Her recommendations were on point! A cool and spacious indoor area and an even more beautiful outdoor seating space. I highly recommend this place for everyone. I almost forgot to mention. The fried calamari is really good/ the Brussels sprouts are sooo good and the clam chowder is really nice! Parking seemed free if you are visiting the restaurant. The area around is really good to walk around as well. Overall 10/10
