Piety Hill Cottages

It was a great little spot, very quiet, easy check-in, and checkout process. We stayed in the walnut cottage. It was literally only half a mile to the awesome downtown, we walked it in probably 10 minutes. And maybe three blocks the other direction is a really nice market for any groceries you may need. Booking was super simple through Airbnb, and although we never needed to contact the host, they provided all the information we needed for a wonderful weekend. We will definitely head back.

Wow! I wish I had checked out these cottages sooner — I’ll definitely be recommending them to all my friends and clients! We live locally but wanted a little parents’ night out for Halloween and to enjoy all the festivities of our sweet town. We stayed in the Daphne Cottage for one night and found it incredibly comfortable. The self check-in was seamless, booking was quick and easy, and the bed was so cozy. I especially loved having hot water ready for a cup of tea before bed. The location couldn’t be better — walking distance to everything, yet peaceful and private. We’ll absolutely be back!

Really close to downtown could walk if you wanted to. Also, make sure you receive a text or call the number on thier website so that you can access the wooden mailbox looking thing. They will give you the password to get the keys inside an envelope with your last name. There is no office from the garage is small enough for a small really small car. There is parking upfront for at least 4 spots. If you have a larger vehicle or truck good luck trying to fit into that small garage. Anyways it’s a great cottage close to shopping, hiking trails, and Lake Tahoe. Recommend and will come back in the near future. Unfortunately had to cut my stay here due to a down tree that had fallen over during a bad rain storm. Lost power to my unit. Good thing it did not hurt anyone. It’s always good

This cozy cottage was a lovely surprise, with everything modern and spotless! They have a walk in shower that I would love to have myself. The BEST part were the reading lights, with a dimmer, but also turned as bright as you would ever want! Most all hotel room lights are useless! This place is a winner!!

Just ended a two week driving vacation out west and this was my favorite place we stayed! It was very cozy and had all the essentials. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully done, with a spacious walk in shower was great. Downtown is very close, there is a Farmers market on Saturdays that is definitely work a walk thru. The downtown has a lot of interesting shops and restaurants. I would absolutely stay here again.
