As a local we love supporting local businesses and was excited when I started following 30a Pies and Provisions on social media. Last week we reserved a variety of pies and stopped by one afternoon to pick them up. We were blown away by the professional kitchen - the size and how immaculate it was. Chatting with the owner was delightful and her passion for cooking good things was clear. We got the chocolate cream which was a rich and creamy chocolate custard in a delicate chocolate crumb shell and was divine (my favorite). The strawberry rhubarb was my husband’s favorite which was a wonderful combination of rhubarb and strawberry topped with a delicious crumb topping nestled in a traditional butter shell. Picked up a small key lime pie at the Saturday Market in the Grand Boulevard shopping area and we were not disappointed. It was delicious. Best part: the fresh crust - was not soggy. Great flavor, texture and topping.

This place is unbelievable. Do not walk RUN to get some pie from this bakery. Pie is an art and these guys are masters. My nephew has Celiac’s and I was looking for a GF treat for him. We ordered the coconut cream pie (coconut cookie crust) and the chocolate cream pie (GF). Everybody was blown away with the quality. Every single ingredient and extra step shows in the product. They also delivered the pies to our doorstep without a hitch. The communication as excellent and timely. My brother is a renowned chef and he was truly amazed. If you are in town for vacation or a resident you should become a regular.

These pies are INCREDIBLE. They have delicious GLUTEN FREE options and they DELIVER! Great experience. I ordered all gluten free pies- chocolate, coconut, key lime, and peanut butter/chocolate. All were a hit with the family with the coconut pie being the favorite of them all. In my husband words- “This coconut pie is incredible. It is the best pie I have ever had!” These are so easy to order- website is user-friendly, when I contacted them via email they responded very quickly and were friendly, and DELIVERY was a breeze! We will order again and again. I can’t wait to try more and will always have a coconut pie in my order! Sorry no photos- we dug right in! Ha
