Pie Goddess

I had this place on my list to try for a long time, so imagine how excited it was when we were in the area to make a little detour and try out their pie. Now personally on my birthday I get a pie instead of a cake, I think that the best possible cake you could have in the entire world is not as good as the cheapest pie. So when you start to get into the caliber of pie that pie goddess has there really is no other dessert to be had. I had the cherry pie and my wife had the s'mores. Hers was decadent and gooey and all the best things about a s'mores pie, however you cannot go wrong with the good old-fashioned cherry pie, it was thick and flavorful and probably the best crust that I've ever had in my life. Bought pies there twice. First time was ok. Pie is pricey but nice fillings and thin crust. Second time, we bought two fruit pies, both of their crust smell like curry beef pies, either the pie cutter or equipment used are using same therefore blackberry pie smell like beef curry pie. It was somewhat disappointing. Baker should know better to separate meat pie material and fruit pie material shouldn't use the same board, roller...etc... for something this pricey should have better standards than this.

We heard about this place through friends and have always wanted to try it. It’s a little bit pricy, but worth it for special occasions. We bought a sweet pie - Pumpkin Lush, and a savory pie - Curry Beef Pot Pie. They were both outstanding! The Curry Beef is my new favorite savory pie.

Omg. Was just passing through Enumclaw and noticed a roadsign, made a U turn and stopped by. What a great decision. Had the raspberry peach, butterscotch lush, and fresh from the oven jumbleberry. Some of the best pies I've ever had.

So I was in Greenwater, jonesing for a piece of cherry pie. The gal at the Greenwater Collective said, " oh you gotta go to Pie Goddess, they'll have it. " Then she added, "but I like the coconut cream!" So off I drove! Yep! Good pie. You walk in and it smells like mama's kitchen. Warm and cozy. They also sell meat pies, like pot pies. Nice selection of pies!
