It was my first time coming here, and I wasn’t sure what to order. A young lady was very helpful in walking me through the options. I ended up getting two pizzas, and it was also my first time trying thin-crust pizza. To be honest, it tasted like an upgraded frozen oven pizza. There wasn’t much red sauce, though the amount of cheese was decent. The crust was crispy but didn’t have much flavor, and overall the pizza didn’t really stand out. I also tried the strawberry lemonade. It tasted fresh, but it had a strange aftertaste. The cookie was just a basic chocolate chip cookie—nothing special. Honestly, I think McDonald’s cookies would’ve been a better choice. One highlight, though, was their homemade ranch, which actually tasted pretty good. Overall, you’re better off going to Slapbox or

Very very skimp, the sandwich was soggy to begin with in the wrap and the jus had next to no flavour. The sandwich was mini, and had next to no toppings. It’s mostly busy with tipsy college students after hours, but if you come from a bigger city. It’s a mere 4/10. Food value just wasn’t there.

Showed up on Halloween 1:30 am they took care of everybody inside building cuz the line was huge, I really appreciated you guys not kicking. Us out once you closed at 2am. Listen, I have to get this off my chest. I am a pickelmans fan for life but tonight I was a bad customer. I ordered a pizza for myself and a coworker and when it got delivered it was undercooked around the edges. I didn’t like it. I called to ask for a new pizza. The manager told me that they don’t deliver and I said if they could get a driver I’d be sure to tip. Not knowing better, I let a guest kids eat the pizza. Well some of it. Never in a million years did I think the GM would be bringing our new pizza and I made a rude comment about hoping this one was cooked all the way and made sure to tell him I’d tip because I thought it was a delivery person. He said he couldn’t accept the tip because he’s the GM. I was embarrassed about my comment and that the pizza was more than half eaten. I

My phone number and specific comments were listed in order for me to meet the driver at the main entrance to pick up my food, because I was at a hospital and it was pouring rain so I thought it would benefit the driver not to have to park, walk in the rain and find the room I was in. After 90 minutes and no food, I called Pickleman’s and was told the order had been marked completed over 30 minutes ago and to check the delivery drop off site in the Emergency Room department. First of all the ER was on the other end of a large hospital and second what a crazy idea to leave aromatic, hot, take-out food in the wide open are of an ER where lots of SICK people that have been sitting there for hours, and are starving, are.
