Customer Reviews
We wanted to try a pizza from somewhere we haven’t tried before so we decided on this one after calling a few others. The phone employee was friendly and informative. He let us know that it’ll take a while for it to be delivered when we called, so we ordered it online ahead of time. I checked out their menu online after the phone call. There were a ton of options so I just went with what we usually enjoy. Since we like seafood I ordered a medium size shrimp pizza. We also wanted to try one of their subs, so we got a grilled chicken sub. For dessert we went with tiramisu. And a two liter Sierra Mist for soda. It was a bit pricey, but we got a generous amount of food. The delivery guy came earlier than we expected. We got the medium pizza yet it was the size of large pizza. Sub was cut in
I am pretty bummed since the reviews seemed promising but my family got a steak and cheese wrap, a chicken philly wrap and a pizza. Personally my wrap tasted like frozen meat with onions put inside a tortilla and microwaved. The pizza left SO MUCH to be desired. And the french fries were like reheated McDonald’s. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it was delivered fairly quickly. But if all you do is microwave everything I suppose it doesn’t take long.
I ordered a large cheese pizza here and sadly it wasnt that great. Something was off about the taste of the sauce. I was sad because I had high Hope's of it being a NY style pizza. Nope. I also had mozzarella sticks that were a bit overcooked and had that same sauce to dip in. Well... I'm not sure if this was just a bad batch, or the norm.
PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD CHEF!!! The pizza never used to be greasy like it is now, or half as salty, the crust used to be light and airy, but now, sadly the quality isn’t the same as before last winter. Back when they first opened, they were truly an undiscovered gem, and I’d say hands down they were my absolute favorite in Richmond, I’d easily drive 30+minutes to get to. I hope they can get back to the quality. If becoming more popular, means more customers, and busier, means cutting on quality, I don’t think I’ll go out of my way anymore. 😔I miss you guys…
The Fettuccine Alfredo was bomb! The Jalapeno Poppers could've used a little more spice, but they were still delicious...and massive.
