Phở Tỷ #II

I’ve been to this location multiple times and haven’t had any complaints with the food and service.the prices did go up a little but that’s in all places due to inflation.

Me and my family have been visiting this same restaurant for nearly 10 years and everytime they deliver the BEST dishes. The beef ball pho is simply out of this world. Staff is always extremely friendly and food is always delivered to the table quick. I love how they always go "see you tomorrow!" with a smile when it's time to leave. This family owned place simply deserves the best from our community!

They don't display prices and don't breakdown the items in the check. Also force you to buy bottled water instead of providing free water. Bun bo hue was mediocre. Whoever said it's the best bun bo hue either hasn't been back in awhile or doesn't know what they're talking about. Combo beef pho was empty. It was late and we just wanted to eat so we stayed. Under normal circumstances we would've left. Restrooms were pretty clean. Restaurant felt pretty old school and dingy. At first I thought that was a good sign...until I noticed there were no prices ANYWHERE. Will definitely not come back.

This was my first and last time coming here. I ordered a combination, but was only given about 8 pieces of thinly sliced bread and 2 oz. After showing the server, the meat was missing. She brought out one piece of tripe and one piece of tendon. The meat-and-fish cake was old; deep-frying couldn't hide the taste. They'll sell you a bottle of water but won't give you a cup from the tap if the water isn't good enough to drink. Why would you make soup from it? Finally, don't expect any service from the server. She's glued to her phone.

If I could give Phở Tỷ #II zero stars, I would. From start to finish, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. The exterior and surroundings were noticeably worn down, which I could overlook, but the customer service made everything significantly worse. The woman who seated us was unfriendly and clearly did not want to be there. When she handed us the menus, I immediately noticed something very concerning — there were no prices listed for any of the dishes. By the time we finished eating, they simply handed us a single total amount with no itemized breakdown, which felt dishonest and extremely sketchy. The food itself was mediocre at best. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food, Phở Tỷ #II is not the place to go. The phở broth tasted terrible, the dishes lacked quality
