This place is a hidden gem in a sea of charcoal. The staff here is very warm and courteous. The sandwiches are of home made quality and are ridiculously tasty. 5 stars all around. You can't beat the price.

I hope this place is still open. I haven't been there since 2005 but it was the best sandwhichs i ever had. Next time I'm in Hayward this will be the first place I go.

I love the ambiance😍 Reminds me of a Grandmother's kitchen..My sister bragged and it was every bit of truth..I love her already so sweet n kind...but takes no disrespect..The sandwhich was made with love..her customer service was beyond hospitable. Every single time I am in haywHay I make sure I stop by.... My daddy took me there as an infant. He has known them since he was a child! I would give this place more stars if I could. There food is unexplainable yummy! Try them and u will love them..

Amazing subs, a great price, and excellent service! If you live in the area and haven't been it is definitely worth checking out! I come here a few times a month.
