Today happened to be Lunar New Year. The owner personally went to each table in advance to let guests know that there would be a traditional dragon dance performance later, and that the noise level might affect the dining experience. She sincerely asked for everyone’s understanding. I was genuinely impressed by her thoughtfulness and consideration. The entire dining experience felt festive and full of New Year spirit, and at the same time, it made me feel respected and valued. The food was served very quickly as well. It was a warm and memorable experience.

I don't live in Beaverton, but I shop and eat in the area monthly. I haven't eaten at every local Vietnamese restaurant yet, but I'm getting close! I wish I had tried this joint sooner, and I think it's my favorite so far! I really like Bun (vermicelli bowls) and I had the one with shrimp, pork, and spring rolls. Most places just salt the food or season lightly and depend on the grill for flavor...these chefs season the meat and shrimp beautifully, and the handmade spring rolls were fantastic all alone. I was pretty involved with my food and I completely forget what my dining partner had, but we both loved it and will make a point of returning. Don't sleep on this place, it's better than many other choices nearby!

Pho was fantastic. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. Staff were super frriendly. Ill definitely be making this my pho spot.

A pleasant establishment with great authentic Vietnamese food frequented by people from the Asian continent (which to any non-Asian often means, the food must be good!). We were pleased all together. The atmosphere and decor felt authentic to its roots. The food was delicious, made of fresh ingredients and, best of all, very tasty. My wife tried the Pho (soup) and she was delighted, very hearty. I tried the ribs over rice, yum! Our 6yo tried the combo spring rolls, and loved them. And for dessert we tried the red bean ice; which after having travelled to Taiwan once, I felt was very refreshing and delightful. The waiters were very courteous, attentive and helpful. The prices were well placed, not too high and not too low. Overall, I think this is one of the most authentic and best Vietname
