PHỞ KIỀU- Vietnamese Pho Restaurant

Located at the Target Center off Flamingo and the 215 West. Kieu Ho was our server, she was friendly and accommodating. What we ordered: 1.) Crispy Fried Egg Rolls $9.50 this was fried just right and tasty in flavor. 2.) Spicy Beef Noodle Soup $18.95 My friend was disappointed that it did not include the beef blood cube as it was an additional $4.00. She said it was just ok. 3.) Grilled Pork Banh hoi $18.50 the grilled pork sauce was too sweet for my taste. 4.) Grilled Beef Banh Mi $7.95 this was just ok as we have had better elsewhere.

Pho Ever just feels right as soon as you walk in the door. It’s right on Grand Canyon Boulevard. It was two of us. And the vibe was vibing. It’s calm, the staff is kind, and I appreciated having to wait. It let me know the food wasn’t already made. Once I got my order- y’all that broth was so silky smooth I can still taste the flavor. As I write this review. My rare beef ribeye once i placed it in the bowl- TENNNNDER and sooo full of flavor. Those eggs rolls were golden and crisp, that crunch was everything!! The owner even took the time to show us how to wrap the egg rolls. That coffee was smooth, and delicious, and yes- even the bathroom was spotless. You can tell they care about everything here 🍜♥️ Do me a favor, stop reading this- and just go there already 🤗 I’ll definitely be back.

Came here in the day it was quiet. I ordered the rare beef ribeye pho and did not get my meat rare. It was in the bowl cooked about 7 pieces. Pho was still good, came out quickly meat was over cooked for my liking. Was enough for one just not enough to split in two. Was my first time here an after seeing the reviews I thought I would have gotten the same. But had no Rare meat on a plate. I’d give it another try in the future to see an try again.

Such a gem! My family and I went for some delicious food. My family had pho (beef and oxtail). I had a tofu banh mi and it was so tasty. The service was so amazing too. Definitely coming back.

This was my second time dining here and it won’t be my last. The food was made with fresh ingredients, the traditional Vietnamese dishes were full of flavor, and everything came out surprisingly fast. The restaurant had a clean, bright, and welcoming atmosphere, and the service was excellent. The owner was especially friendly and made us feel genuinely appreciated. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and a warm experience.
