Phở Gà Go

Just had it for the first time today. Very high quality chicken. All the ingredients were extremely fresh including the fresh noodles. The broth was good and rich in chicken flavor. I especially loved all the condiments they provided: tons of herbs, smashed Thai chilis, red chili slices, and the delicious sauce to dunk your chicken in. Everything they did is truly a representation of northern pho and how it is served in northern Vietnam. On another note, I also got their chicken salad and egg rolls. Both were also good and worth giving a try. Note: this place is located inside Crab Hut in Mira Mesa. You order on their website in advance. It is so good. The broth is clean, clear, and deeply flavorful, with very tender and well seasoned chicken. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and the condiments are spot on. The side vegetables are also very generous. We ordered a whole chicken portion and it easily fed the four of us, with leftover soup and chicken to enjoy again later. We already know we’ll be coming back, so glad we tried this, we loved it!

Better than my favorite pho ga in Westminster (pho 101). The broth is so good and i want to have it every week.
