We went for the first time about 40 minutes before closing on a Saturday night, they happily served us the most delicious food 😋. We ordered a variety to ensure we got some leftovers and we weren't disappointed. Staff were so friendly and the owner came by the table to introduce himself. It was so good we stopped back the next day for more!

Pho Fusion is a place my wife and I really enjoy. The servers are friendly and attentive, and the restaurant is open late, which makes it convenient for dinner. The pho here is flavorful, with a rich, aromatic broth that keeps us coming back. We tried the combination pho, which includes raw meat, beef flank, fatty flank, beef tripe, and tendon. Most of the meat in my bowl was fatty flank, with very little tendon or brisket, which made it hard to get the full experience. The staff were helpful when I asked about it—the waiter checked with the cook and brought me a small bowl with brisket, and even swapped my bowl for a larger one. Went in to have pho with my 3 kids and we were there for an hour and a half trying to sort everything out. The waitress came over and took our order. We ordered 3 bowls of pho, 4 spring rolls, 2 bahn mi's, 1 hot tea, 1 milk tea, 1 strawberry and 1 mango smoothie both with boba. The server brought the bahn mi's quickly and then took 2 bowls of pho to a family 3 tables down and the family said that it wasn't their order. So they picked it up and brought them over to us. We still hadn't received any drinks at this point, not even our waters. The girl brought my tea and the milk tea over for my son. I come to this place often whether it be to go or dine in. I notice the same guy working a lot I think his name is Alexis, he is a very hard worker and I just wanted to give him a shout out because tonight when I went it was him and him only bussing tables, taking orders, and serving all these customers. As someone who has worked food before i understand how overwhelming it can be but i really hope they appreciate this guy here because he even injured himself and still he kept taking care of the customers. I bring my family here all of the time. The place is dirty and humid, but the food is good. lately I've noticed they have been taking my receipts and adding their own tips after i leave. I like to use cash for tips and so I zero out the tip portion of the receipt. I always leave a good cash tip. later when I see my transactions, I noticed the charges are always much higher than my bill. The last time I went I kept track of my spend and sure enough, my transaction on my account was about 25% higher. I reached out to their managers and all of a sudden nobody speaks English. Come for good pho, but expect to get robbed too 🤓👍
