Having surgery tomorrow so I can only have liquids and their broth is so good!! Can’t have the cilantro and onions but it’s so tasty!! My friend had the ramen and she loved it!
We had the combination pho and stir fried veggie and tofu plate and also a Vietnamese iced coffee. Food was delicious, especially the pho. The tofu was almost cold when we first bit into it. The iced coffee was great. I think this is a hidden gym and would come back again.
Great Pho for a small town. Broth is really good 4.5/5. Meatballs are good, and so is rare beef, but skimpy with the meat. No Thai Basil, just Cilantro and no Asian soup spoons, just regular tablespoon! Egg rolls were hot and fresh, good fish sauce on the side. Dumplings were really good too! Don't expect friendly service here, not unfriendly just very muted, reminded me of being in Japan and feeling like they didn't like or just tolerate you. Building is a little dated but not bad, it's clean. Best Pho in Las Cruces, tried all 3 restaurants that have Pho in Cruces.
First timer, walked through the door and was hit in the face with the same humidity you feel at a fish & aquarium store. The air was heavy, wet and smelled of burnt fry oil. My family waited outside because they couldnt withstand it. Only menu inside are paper delivery menus at counter. Ordered grilled chicken vermicelli, grilled chicken rice plate, and pork low mien. All three were very mediocre/disappointing. The rice plate was very sad. There was no veggies or salad. Just rice, chicken sliced like deli lunch meat, and a couple slices of tomato. Vermicelli was a little better because it had some lettuce and carrot mix and some cilantro, but the chicken was the same thin sliced stuff. I assume the chicken is made for the pho and they just sub it for the other plates instead of cooking a
Had the Pho Combo (beef, brisket and meatball) and my daughter had the chicken Chow Fun. The pho was served in a large bowl, warm and steamy. After mixing in a little of provided cilantro, jalepeno and lime, it was a pleasant taste and flavorful. The noodles underneath were soft and delicious. The meat had good flavor, satisfactory texture, and plentiful amount. My daughter did not like the Chow Fun much, she said the noodles were too chewy, but liked the chicken pieces. We both tried their fruit smoothies and they were very good and hit the spot. The restaurant seemed to be clean but the decor is dated or non existance. Staff was ok, but quiet. Would come again, they have a few more other entrées to try and discover.
