The female staff member’s behavior was outright disrespectful and unacceptable. Standing with her arms crossed while dealing with customers conveyed arrogance, hostility, and complete indifference toward her job. This body language is universally recognized as a sign of contempt and impatience, making customers feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and clearly unwanted. Her attitude suggested that serving customers was an inconvenience rather than a responsibility. Such behavior not only ruins the customer experience but severely damages the reputation of the store. If this level of unprofessionalism is tolerated, it is no surprise that customers choose not to return. Management must address this immediately, as this is a clear failure of basic customer service standards. We come here frequently

My partner really enjoyed their BBQ mix plate. The tofu vegetable fry was so good with its crunchy veggies. Service was great. Our food came right away. We got the papaya salad first. When you're hungry before ordering, order the papaya salad as an appetizer. No photo as we were hungry and did not expect to enjoy the food. We've been here few times and we mostly order the usual pho and spring rolls.

Hubs and I were starving (ok I was) after visiting a doggie boarding place in Kunia and decided to grab lunch somewhere - found this place thanks to Yelp! It’s located in the same shopping center as Pacific Supermarket, which gets busy on the weekends so you’ll probably end up parking in the lower lot but at least there’s parking! It was peak lunch time so there weren’t any tables availability but the entire counter was free so we got our pick of seats. Before we even ordered, a table freed up so we thankfully avoided staring at a wall of black marble for our entire meal. It was pretty marble, don’t get me wrong, but wouldn’t have made for a great dining experience with the hubs. The servers were quick and efficient - had to be in that busy restaurant - and we soon got our Oxtail Soup

Came cause it was a nice rainy and cool day and the prefect hovering weather. Sat ourselves down at a table after being ushered to take a seat but then never received menus, only waters. My uncle had to get up the grab the menus, and only at that point did they return to take our order. It’s not too big of a deal. I ordered the bun bo hue, my son got the com ga nuong and uncle and mom, the vermicelli with pork chops and egg rolls. The bun Bo hue was delicious, not as spicy as I would’ve liked, but was still a “drink all of the soup,” type of dish. My son’s bbq chicken plate was piping hot, beautifully marinated and flavored and when paired with rice was pure excellency. We should have went here a long time ago. We ordered the Spicy Beef Pho and the broth was so flavourful! The pad Thai and Vermicelli is delicious as well. The ingredients used were plenty and the place is clean. Everyone needs to visit this place. This is our go to spot now!
