Pho Vietnam

I love Pho and I’m a bit of a critic. I had my favorite place in Edison that closed down and I had been afraid to try a new place. Took a chance today for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was fresh and flavorful and the iced coffee was amazing. The gentlemen who served me was really good! Definitely coming back.

We discovered Pho Vietnam about three weeks ago , and we’ve been here 4 times already! It is so good. Delicious pho with very fresh ingredients. Very welcoming Perfect spot for these cold winter days.

Delicious! I was so excited when I saw this place open. I’m from Seattle where there is a pho place every other block. I had the beef pho with round and brisket. The broth was very aromatic and bright. The bean sprouts and basil were very fresh and they had all the other toppings you could want. We also ordered the Bánh mi which my husband said was good and we shared a Bun with pork which was delicious, though next time I would ask for some extra lime. I highly recommend and I’m excited to go back and have this place in my neighborhood.

Amazing Pho, the broth is delightful on its own + your own basil, lime, and sauces to your taste. Also reasonably priced meals and extremely delicious! Definitely would eat here again and try more things off their menu. They even have simple meals and French fries for picky kids.

My daughter and I enjoyed dinner here this evening (3/15/25) after it only being open for about a week. If you need a quick summary: delicious and won't break the bank! Here's a more in depth breakdown. We ordered 4 appetizers, 2 entrees, and 2 specialty drinks. Everything was very good and came out promptly. The food was surprisingly light and despite the quantity we ate we never felt overly full, just pleasantly stuffed if that makes sense. Everything tasted like it was made in house which was nice! The calamari was so good as was everything else though, and plenty of sauces come either with each dish or are at the table for you to customize your meal to your liking. The restaurant clearly was not modeled as an Asian cuisine restaurant prior to this new place so the décor could use some
