Pho Van

We are from the suburbs outside of Philly, so we are on a mission to find great Pho in SE NC. So far, this place has the best broth. It's not authentic Vietnamese, had heavy garlic and not much cilantro, and the meats were a different texture. It was still tasty and on the clearer side in color. And the pork jerky app was fried very well, came with a great dipping sauce. The owner's husband, Aaron, was friendly, respectable, accommodating: waiting, bussing, and serving the whole dining area. We were advised to try their Laotian dishes because that's the owner's forte and ethnicity.

Awesome food and wonderful service. The owners are so kind and the food is delicious!! I also got Pho and it was soo yummy. A unique but flavorful broth, and the portion sizes were all great!

i cant remember if i left a review before or not, but i feel like i need to leave a review every time i eat there it’s THAT good. the staff is so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Some of the best food i’ve ever had, and the service makes it 1000% more enjoyable. TRY IT IF YOU HAVENT!! delicious food.

First visit today and we will definitely come back!! Tom yum soup was delicious with lots of protein options. Papaya salad was amazing!! Yellow curry was on point! The decor inside was a welcomed surprise! Owner was very nice made recommendations and checked on us as it was obvious it was our first visit there! Will be back for sure

The four of us went around 1:30pm. There was no waiting to be seated. We ordered the sampler to get started and it had something for everyone to enjoy. The portions of the main dishes were very large and filling and the side dish of kimchi was a perfect addition to spiceen up the food. The background music was not to loud and we could talk comfortably. The waiters were very attentive and took the time to help us understand the menu. Also my special diet needs were met as my Vietnamese rice noodle salad was made without soy and no peppers. Everything was delicious. We didn't have dessert. We were to full.
