Pho Van Fresh

Been here a few times and it's always been good and fresh. I've had the #11 Pork and Crispy Rolls with noodles and it was very good with very seasonal herbs and veggies and the Đồ Chua is not the normal carrots and daikon with the most recent being a sweet gingery cabbage which I've had before at a different restaurant that did serve it as kimchi; it was delicious. The crispy rolls were super good and they have a lot of different rolls which look really tempting especially if you are in the mood for small plates and cocktails. My husband also has tried the Hoisin Pork Ribs which were outstanding, and we've also shared the Green papaya salad. Chicken pho was great and I loved the broth. Tell them to give onions. And dip chicken into sauces! One thing I didn’t expect was the automatic 18% gratuity (though we're two people).😬 Maybe that’s why their service was good.

I like the music played, and the staff was nice and welcoming. I had the Pho for this visit. It was good, though the sweet onion portion could be slimmed down a bit.

A modern take on Vietnamese cuisine, with a premium price. Very attentive staff and attractive atmosphere. I had the pork and eggrolls, overall the dish was leaning bland.

Best bowl of Beef Pho that I have had! My wife had the Lemongrass Chicken over noodles, which she loved. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food came out quickly. Can't wait to come back!!
