Customer Reviews
I’ve been in here three times each hoping that the customer service would get better when in actuality it got worse each time staff was very standoffish, no response when I say thank you and stone cold face. I noticed they don’t treat everybody that way. Just certain people if you get the just of what I’m saying I did order a Chicken Pho (twice)and the meat was very dry, and the broth definitely did not taste like the authentic Vietnamese restaurants. The spring rolls were good but I won’t ever go back there again due to the horrible customer service.
Every time my husband goes here, they mess up our order. Last time, we ordered one spicy pho and one not spicy. They switched the lids on our broth and I ended up eating spicy pho and I don’t like spicy. Today, I asked my husband to get me beef pho with veggie, like veggie pho? But added beef but I wanted the beef broth. My husband pointed out there were no veggies and she pointed at the bag of limes and stuff like that”yeah here’s the veggies” and that’s not what we meant at all. I’m very pregnant and like my food the way I like, and today I’m extra sick and just wanted what I wanted and nothing ever comes the way I want. Not to mention the pho itself is mediocre. They also only send 1 packet of hoisin with every bowl and in what world is that enough??? Anyway, I’m moving soon but just wa
I ordered bibimbap to be delivered. Bibimbap from this place was not what I used to get at other restaurants and I was disappointed 😔 It was more like salad than bibimbap. No kimchi or namul. Lots of lettuce, cucumbers and carrots. My friend said his spicy beef was good!
The food was okay. Nothing bad but not like really good Vietnamese food. BUT the service was awesome!!!! Which honestly when you have amazing service and decent food I am good with coming back. My little girl has an allergy to soy and they worked with us to make sure she ate well and was taken care of!
Update: this place has gone down hill. First we got the spring rolls and noticed they thinned down the peanut sauce. Now it's watery. My chicken and beef special bowl had 3 pieces of chicken and 3 small thinly slices of beef. The broth was spicy water. Literally no flavor of any kind. I'm really bummed. This used to be a great place to eat. I'd give it 1 star for food and price. We have eaten here many times. It is always great food and awesome service. The best fresh spring rolls and the peanut sauce is the best. We have had multiple menu items and all have been great. A must eat place.
