Pho Sapa

I have eaten here before and the broth is ok. The restaurant is clean and well organized. Today there was a foul sewer or sulphur kind of smell The condiment bottles were visibly dirty. I ordered the #1 pho soup that was described on the menu as all the meats. There was almost no meat in the bowl and the broth was bland and not very hot. There was a massive wad of tripe right on top and minuscule about of meat which included about 2 very small shavings of brisket 1/4 of a meatball. I hade one bite of noodles and broth and decided i would just ask them to please take it off of the bill. We asked for water when we ordered and never got it until we asked when they brought out our soup.About 5 minutes later they brought out 2 cups of tepid water with melted ice. This place has improved they hired more men this time.... yes it's good! Dudes are knocking it out fast! And the winter time I was not impressed but this time it's good

I have only tried a few things from this place but the beef Bahn mi is always delicious/on point. I have also tried their Thai iced coffee and that will surely give you the energy you need as well as a nice taste. The service is always good and the people who work there are always polite. This a nice lunchtime sandwich but for those who may get a little extra hungry you can always add extra meat. I Suggest giving this place a try I doubt many if any would be disappointed.

Nice, clean restaurant. Service was subpar. They dropped off food and never returned. Perhaps they thought there was no need since you pay at the counter. Bun bo hue had no flavor. Different from past experience here. The broth was clear and no lemongrass, no fermented shrimp paste flavor. You shouldn't have to put several spoons of any sauces... That's the flavor profile of authentic, well simmered broth. Sizzling beef steak with baguette(bo ne sapa)​ was pretty good. Juicy and well seasoned.

Great food at good prices! I took a reduced-sugar strawberry tea with honey boba with me. It was still super-sweet. I think they could easily offer stevia in their drinks for diabetics. Wonderful large aquariums with beautiful large fish to watch!
