Pho Saigon

Place seems small but still comfortable and pretty clean. Waitress was friendly. Food was pretty good we’re both got pho soup with meatballs. I ordered food to go also that I forgot to take the pictures, I ordered bahn mi sandwich and special rice with grilled chicken the rice was good the chicken seems little hard to chew.

As a Vietnamese, I have to admit that the food was not bad. Can’t say it was really good as only my mum’s cuisine is the best 😅 We had the special pho (complete version), the pho with raw beef and meatballs and the wonton soup with egg noodles. I appreciate the different and complete condiments they put on the table like the fish sauce. The food was good but the service could be better, more smile.

Food is usually delicious. But I will never go back there again. I was a regular here and I guess the server got a little comfortable because every time i would go back the service got worse and worse. The ladies are always nice but the older men have serious attitudes. The last time i went there, when my party walked in he just stared at us at the door for an extended period with a frown on his face and then told us to sit down. It was more than a hour and a half before closing so the attitude wasn't even justified for real. And then when he came to the table, he kept saying to-go to-go and then said we should do to-go since we never tip, when we do tip almost every time we go. I went a year ago and still think about this place. Truly the best pho I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot over the years. If I lived closer, I’d be back in a heartbeat. Don’t pass this place up.

I got pho, bahn mi, and steamed pork buns. I was really disappointed in the steamed pork buns it was stale and didn’t taste fresh. The bun was very chew and tough.
