My first time here and it was a good one. The space seems friendly and the owner Debbie is very outgoing and knows all of her customers by name. I got the brownie batter shake and it was actually very good for it to be a healthy choice. As far as the menu there’s plenty of options including some for those who are vegans. They offer fitness classes, drink raffles and a safe space to relax to get some work done. Overall you feel welcomed in the space, so if you’re in the Dover area it’s definitely a place to check out

If you're looking for a great healthy nutritional shake, cookies, yes I said cookies (healthy!!) muffins bars coffee and even better yet the people who work there greet you with a warm smile! You won't be disappointed

The staff was incredibly friendly! It was a pleasure meeting Debbie and her regular customers. They all made my 1st experience simple and especially made me feel welcomed. The shake and the aloe tea drink were delicious! 10/10 definitely recommend!!
