Pho Saigon and Bar

Recently dined at Pho Saigon and Bar and overall had a good experience. The quality of the food was solid, the broth was flavorful, the meats were tender, and everything tasted fresh. My only small critique is that some dishes seemed to have a bit too much MSG, as I felt slightly thirsty afterward. That said, the flavors were still enjoyable and well-balanced otherwise. If you’re looking to grab Vietnamese food, this place is definitely worth checking out.

4.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✨Full flavored deep broth! Pho here has a beautiful broth. Get the Pho 29 or the 32. And the staff recommended the Vietnamese wings - delicious - get them. For a flavorful dish get another staff fav the 47 rice based fried pork steak with a homemade sausage topped with crisp fried eggs and garlic/green onions! Eat by putting all components on a spoon at one time with the sauce!

I've had pho hundreds of times in my life, but this place was genuinely one of the best I've ever tried. I got the oxtail stone pot pho, it was phenomenal. The butter roasted wings,quail, and sausage spring rolls were amazing as well. Will be back as a regular, and with friends!

Pho was flavorful and delicious, staff was friendly and approachable, atmosphere is homey and relaxed! Overall really clean and super tasty, will definitely be coming back!!!

The food was fantastic. We had the Pho and the Bo kho with bread. These both tasted true to the authentic Vietnamese preparations. The bread was amazing. Small details, like sorting the bean sprouts by freshness we had to do, but it was no problem. The beef was excellent, the taste of the soup was light and not too salty. Noodles were a bit too soft, but overall amazing experience. Cleanliness of the bathroom was not great. Overall, I would come back.
