Hot savory appetizers w hot fresh green jasmine tea. Fair prices and fast wait staff. We got to talk to the chef and she's a true expert and excellent chef.
A lovely, delicious dine-in experience, perfect for a date! The service was excellent, the waiter was really nice, and the food came out fast and hot! I wish I lived here so I could come again! The music and interior decor are fab as well, just a great atmosphere. We got the: - Kuai Tiao Ruea pho with beef~amazing, hot, flavorful, hearty broth, tender beef - Massaman Curry with chicken~smooth, creamy, well seasoned, slightly sweet yellow curry, the potatoes and chicken were good but I indulged in the broth even though I’m normally not a sweet curry girl - Mango Sticky Rice~just exactly perfect, so delicious - Hot Coffee~delicious Vietnamese-style coffee!
I enjoyed every bite and the service was great, I spoke with Kan and she was extremely helpful. I highly recommend eating here over any Chinese restaurants. I ordered the Kao Phad Kee-Mao which is the same as DRUNKEN FRIED RICE!!! The best stir fried rice I have EVER TASTED PERIOD 😋
I'm not going to lie, I'm really disappointed. I bought $70 worth of food and I wish I could take it all back. The stir fried noodle dish is swimming and watery and full of kale stems and hard carrots. The noodles were congealed. Also it's cold and I ordered to pick it up at 7 so it shouldn't have sat. The fried duck portion is so small it made me laugh in shock. The spring rolls were extremely small for being a $12 appetizer. you can barely share them between 2 people. I haven't even bothered to fully open the dessert yet. It is clearly reheated "food" that is being sold at sit down restaurant prices. I would never recommend someone to come here.
This little place has been on my radar since it opened years ago. My favorite dish was always the Ginger with Mushrooms entree. But with the restaurant moving across from Schenectady City Hall and its odd pandemic hours, its been a while since I've eaten there. But all that changed last night when my friend and I checked it out. We started with the Crab Rangoons, Vegetable Spring Rolls, and Thai Ice Tea. It's been a while, but the Rangoons tasted like they were made with real crab (don't quote me though), and were really good. The Vegetable Spring Rolls have always been a classic, but the Thai Ice Tea may have been the best we've ever had. No joke, order one here and check it out! For dinner, my friend ordered the Pad See Eww, which was fantastic. Perfectly cooked noodles with chicken,
