Pho Lover

Nice ambiance but Chinese owned and hence why the food is not authentic. The pho base lacked the earthiness of usual Vietnamese houses. The fixings were skimpy and the beef came out overdone. The spring rolls… 😞😞😞 where is the mint and basil ? 🌿 Also green lettuce 🥬 would be better for wrapping. And where in the world did we get the idea chicken spring roll is the authentic version ??? 😲😲😲 They did get the dipping sauce right. The chef did give generous portion of beef for one of the rolls but matchstick cut is easy but not conducive to roll. The same beef was used for my bun. Vermicelli was plentiful but lack of veggie made it difficult to enjoy. And side sauce tasted like the spring roll sauce. This one was even less veggies…. The sauce was not bad

Tried this spot for the first time and it did not disappoint! I had the B4 Bun Beef and Egg Roll, Bang Bang Shrimp, P8 Brisket, Tendon and Tripe Pho, and a Taro Milk Tea with Tapioca everything was full of flavor and so fresh. Prices are great, portions are generous, and the service was wonderful. We’ll definitely be coming back often. Highly recommend!

I always get their rare beef pho and it’s my fav. Not sure if it’s authentic, but I really like it. Not too fragrant, with excellent body. Perfect for this cold weather. The blended drinks are good. Chicken katsuya bowl is good. Sam is a kind and hardworking man. Many small businesses like his are on the verge of closing. Please support small businesses. They pour heart and soul into what they do.

Absolutely excellent, delicious pho!! We had the House Special pho and split it - it's SO much food for one person! We also had a salmon sushi taco which was incredibly delicious, and the takoyaki which was hands down one of the best and freshest, steaming hot crunchy delicious takoyaki we've ever had! My husband and I split those 3 dishes for less than $40 and were so full, we couldn't eat all our pho 😭 we came in from out of town for one night and so glad we randomly stopped here, highly recommend! We love pho restaurants and this is one of the best we've ever been to. Service was also excellent 👌 this place was also decorated SO cute!
