Pho Lotus

Despite the negative reviews, I can assure you that they are inaccurate and misleading. Pho Lotus offers outstanding Vietnamese cuisine, with their pho being truly exceptional. Having sampled pho in various places, including Vietnam, I can confidently say that their dishes transport me right back to those experiences. The husband-and-wife owners are not only personable but also deeply passionate about the food they create. I find myself dining here twice a week because it's just that good. With the growing Vietnamese community in Lancaster County, it's clear that Pho Lotus delivers authentic flavors. Give it a try, and I promise you'll keep returning. As a foodie and chef, I don’t often revisit restaurants, but they consistently impress me with every visit.

Easy, free side lot parking, brightly lit, sparkling clean and well-maintained dining area and bathroom. Very friendly staff. Some of the best hot/fresh pho soup and egg/meat rolls we ever had! Absolute excellent food quality. I also appreciate the short, but variable menu. Coming from out of town, I highly recommend this destination for a more affordable alternative than the downtown destinations even just 5 minutes away. Come here, instead 👍 Some slight improvement would be: Please, lower the price of the small soup a bit or make it easier to split a large soup. Also, a bigger hot tea kettle for the 2 of us would've been nice. Finally, warm, amber LED lighting vs bright white fluorescents overhead would make the atmosphere less harsh on the eyes and a bit more comfortable. And maybe a

Overrated!! Update: much better than previous visit, but still overrated. The food is average, interior and service are basic, yet such high rating??! People in the area probably set the bar too low! Pho was average. Has a meaty aroma and lots of grease. Fried rice was bad. Very very greasy and underwhelming in flavors. Banh mi was among the worst I've had yet. Dry meat, old bun, not much veggies, and a gallon of bbq sauce. Ugh! Thai tea was actually good contrary to everything else. Flavorful yet a bit sweet. Service can improve a lot. We were served fried rice instead of rice and bbq meat that we ordered. No silverware or chopsticks, no good knowledge of the menu or helpful recommendations. I could see the owner cared about this business, and I feel bad writing thia review. However,

If you want Vietnamese fresh food this is the place to be in Manheim. Pho is very hot which is perfect in cold weather. The spring rolls are good especially the peanut sauce. They also offer free veggies as side. Prices are worth it and will be coming back soon. Plenty of free parking outside the restaurant, high chair for children available and bathroom is available too.

My husband & I just visited here and as new residents, coming from Queens, we are so excited about this place. This will be our new local date night spot! Delicious foods, great atmosphere and sweet service.
