We went here to buy a new coffee maker and we weren’t disappointed by anything. I appreciated getting to try the different machines to determine which one to buy. Essential to our visit was Cody - real talent. He was so extremely knowledgeable on every single detail and extremely helpful. Great to see so much knowledge and pride behind the Jura experience.

Highest concentration of knowlege on any one topic since Albert Einstein ate breakfast alone. They know Jura inside and out. Your machine will be expertly refurbished with no corners cut, no detail omitted. They have a pricing model that if you do the math is a bargain. Your expensive machine restored to top condition for a fraction of the cost. Was told my machine was repaired but going through an hour and a half of testing and cleaning before I could pick it up. Amazing.

They never answer their phones and they don't return calls from messages left. One would think that when you own the most expensive coffee maker they make ($9,000), you could get a return call. However, once your product is there for repair, they do an excellent job with a quick turnover, so I can't leave them too low of a rating. They deserve an excellent rating for their work. It's just that their communication is abysmal.

I have take my machines here twice for repair and maintenance . I cannot express adequately how pleased I was by their service and professionalism. I dealt with Scott this visit and his Uncle on my prior visit.they were both very helpful answered questions made suggestions on how to better maintain my machine and make better beverages. They followed up my visit with phone calls after my visit to see if all was well. I should mention the visits were for 2 different machines. They also sell preloved machines( if you are looking to get your morning cup-a without getting out of your pjs) that make it easy on your wallet. Can a business get even better?
