Pho Kim

Picked this place for lunch because I was looking for Bún Bò Huê (spicy beef noodles). I wanted a warm spicy soup because it's getting cold out, and they certainly delivered. It was a flavorful, hearty soup with tender slices of beef and lots of chili oil. It's a huge bowl too. I think I ate about 1/3. The take home packaging is quite thoughtful. They give you two containers so you can separate the noodles from the broth and keep them from getting soggy.

Best Pho place in town! You can taste the love in every bowl. The service is great. The staff is so sweet and accommodating. If you need some soup for the soul this is the place to go!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was extremely disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff had a terrible attitude. They were dismissive, short-tempered, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. When we asked simple questions about the menu, we were met with eye-rolling and rude responses. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt rushed and disrespected the entire time. Customer service matters, and the staff here clearly doesn’t care. Based on how poorly we were treated, I definitely won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

The food here was honestly gross. Nothing tasted fresh, the flavors were off, and the meal was really disappointing from start to finish. The texture of the food was unappetizing, and it felt like very little care went into preparing it. For the price, I expected at least something decent, but I ended up wishing I had eaten somewhere else. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
