The food was excellent. We had the Beef Dumplings and the Stir Fried Vegetarian Noodles. They have a good selection of herbal and green teas. The owner and his sister who run the restaurant, immigrated to the USA 25 years ago. They cook the way their mother taught them in Nepal and they learned well! Palden seasons the food perfectly, not over powering the food with spices, but uses the right blend of spices to enhance and compliment the natural flavors of the food. Palden is very health conscious in his food selections and cooking style. He is a mountain climber and body builder. Fitmania Tibet Cafe is a surprising experience. When you enter you see a take-out counter with coolers on the side holding full meals to go. We ate in, with table service, and had a lovely meal. I ordered the Shapta Combo including 2 Tingmo buns. The Shapta was visually striking, an ample plate of sauteed beef and peppers with tiny red chile pepper garnish in a delicious sauce. The single order of Shapta was so large we shared it. The Tingmo were two large fluted sticky buns served piping hot in a wooden steamer. The flavor of the Shapta was great and the buns were a good accompaniment. My husband ordered Tibetan beef and Chicken Momo. It came with 8 dumplings stuffed with chicken served in the wooden steamer with a bowl of beef bone soup. The dumplings were excellent. The broth was nicely

Every once in a while you are fortunate enough to find a gem that is simply outstanding. Fit Mania definitely fits this category. My schedule is busy. Full time job. Family. Getting to the gym. I dabbled with the prospect of using an on line food service providing prepared meals, but the cost and thought of the freshness and food quality always kept me in the ponder mode. At the suggestion of my brilliant wife I tried Fit Mania. I have completed 3 orders over the past few weeks. Chicken salad, chicken Alfredo, fried rice to name a few. Amazing place! We have been fans of their meal preps for a while and today we got to try the new menu that features authentic Tibetan food. We ordered the beef momo dumplings, mothuk soup, chicken chow mein and the beef shapta. All the dishes were delicious and portions were generous. Healthy comfort food sums it up best. Also the service was friendly and on point. Will definitely be back to try the other offerings

Fantastic momos/dumplings. Probably best in Santa Fe. The beef soup is incredible. To have such Tibetan delicacies in here is a luxury.
