Hi Pho Ketkeo Team! 👋 I’m Mubashir, a web developer. I was looking to order some of your Laotian Pho (I’ve heard it’s the best in New Haven!), but I noticed something that is likely hurting your business. Your current website link is showing up as "Greenfield Animal Hospital." > For a restaurant, having an "Animal Hospital" URL can really confuse customers and drive them away to competitors. You guys have such amazing food, but your "Digital Storefront" doesn't match the quality of your kitchen. I can help you fix this immediately by: Giving you a professional, independent site (no more Animal Hospital links!). Creating a mobile-friendly menu that makes it easy for Yale students to order in two taps. Owning your brand: Moving away from ad-heavy directory sites so YOU keep the focus (
I only got takeout so I cannot comment on the dining experience. A friend turned me on to the Pho Chicken Soup while I wasn’t feeling well because the broth is marinated for 24+hrs making it very hardy and full of nutrients for immune recovery (that’s what my friend convinced me of at least). I also added mixed veggies for even more nutrients. It was REALLY good, but has a bit more salt than I would like. I went back 2 more times for the yummy pho chicken soup and also added chicken skewers with peanut dipping sauce.
So happy to find this eclectic gem in the bustling area of Yale, New Haven, Connecticut. They serve Laotian and Thai dishes. The crab puffs were delightfully creamy with tastiest dip. The crispy rice dish was also superb, so packed with flavors and textures. The pho could be better though, maybe they were having an off day since judging by their other stellar dishes their namesake dish should be great. A seasonal special is their Lao donuts served with taro cream and condensed milk. Served warm, the skin was crispy but the insides were soft. Swoon!
I've had pho all over the world and their pho broth is literally liquid gold! All the food we got was excellent! I highly recommend!
Love this place for lunch. Get the Crispy rice salad. enormous portions of noodles in a delicious broth. Much better than the other options in downtown New Haven.
