I love the concept of the stone pot pho, and the broth here is very savory. It’s definitely was worth the drive out to Auburn. So, I ate it differently than most, because the noodles came separately from the broth, I make my own dry style noodle with the chili oil and hoisin. I love a dish that you can really get creative with, it’s hot pot and pho at the same time. Also, the spring roll nem noung is really good, and the shrimp baguette, it came a little late but it was worth it.

There's a small aquarium in the entrance with a few fish! The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was a typical pho restaurant. We got spring rolls, banh mi and beef ribs pho. Spring roll: Wished the shrimp in the spring roll was a bit thicker and less dry but it was fresh and good app to start with. Banh mi: the pork was tender and well seasoned. The bread was super fresh and smelled/tasted good. Wished there were a bit more veggies. I dipped the banh mi in the pho soup and it was *chefs kiss*! Pho: the ribs were a esthetically pleasing with two big bones in the soup but the meat was dry, hard to chew, and hard to take the meat off from the bones. It wasn't "fall off the bones" meat. The soup flavor was great! It had all the spices.

Looking for the best Pho is Auburn. We might have a winner. Walked in, super busy, table cleaned and ready to go in under five minutes. I got the steak and brisket pho, and my partner had the killer Ba Ga Hue. The food was fast and delicious. We were checked on multiple times, even the owner came to speak with us. Super relaxed atmosphere. We will return. Thank you so much

The fried chicken wings with fish sauce here are absolutely delicious and crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with rich, savory flavor. You can tell they are made with care. The owner is very kind and welcoming, and the waitress is always checking in to make sure we have everything we need. She pays attention to every detail and truly takes care of the customers. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service are this good. I will definitely come back and recommend this place to my friends.

Pho J always hits the spot. I usually go for the veggie pho with beef broth and it’s perfect every time. The food’s always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. I grab lunch here all the time, and Hellen’s always super friendly and on top of it. She really makes the place feel welcoming. Five stars, no question.
