I stopped by this place during a car apt and needed lunch. Great service. worth going for something quick and I'd go back again. Not necessarily your date spot as there are probably more eccentric options in convoy area for that. I normally rate: 1 star dont go 2 star average and would only go if really need or por service or very overpriced. 3 star above average. good rating for me. id go again. 4 star is great. lots of perks and bonuses 5 star is absolutely recommend and must go
My first time at Pho Fusion. Positive vibes with regular customers. Enjoyed meeting Michelle, owner here for 32 years! I thoroughly enjoyed the popcorn chicken and my flavorful pho. I will be coming back!
Its pho is one of best pho I enjoyed in SD. Its soup is light but has deep flavor. Even for a regular size, the portion was huge. Its popcorn chicken appetizer was good too (agree with other reviews). P.S. Parking can be a bit tight during peak hours.
I got Pho Fusion takeout for my family a few days ago. It was my first time trying it out. The restaurant is tucked away in a strip mall on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. in between Fan Diego and Brother’s Mexican. The restaurant was very spacious inside, with plenty of booths. The owners were quite friendly people who made our 3-pho, 8-spring rolls meal fairly quickly. The takeout pho came with big bags of bean sprouts, basil, jalapeños, hoisin, and sriracha. I personally thought the pho broth was a bit lacking. I’ve been to Vietnam, and eaten pho all over Southern California, and there a a number of places I think have richer broth. A good pho broth takes 24 hours to cook. But that’s not to say it was bad by any means—more middle-of-the-road. However, a highlight for me was the brisket. If I c
I used to come here all the time when I was I was younger, my older sister would bring me all the time. I kind of went though a “i don’t like pho that much anymore” phase after having a bad experience at another restaurant. My family loves it and I remembered this place and went this past week, needless to say it was just as amazing as it was a few years ago. The atmosphere feels home-y to me, staff is very nice, prices are amazing, and the food is perfection. Will definitely be returning! 10/10 recommend pho spot.
