Pho Fresh Alley & Boba Tea

Fast food quality noodle soup, fast and very convenient being next to the school. The standard beef pho has meatball, raw steak and sliced beef. The broth is okay, good for a quick lunch.

I ordered the popcorn chicken and fries, and I was very disappointed. The popcorn chicken was dry, over-breaded, and completely missing the sauce that was advertised. Without the sauce, it was bland and hard to enjoy. I called the restaurant to let them know, and instead of offering a credit or refund, they told me I could drive back to pick up extra sauce. They also claimed, “this is how the popcorn chicken is made,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful. I paid for a complete meal, not an incomplete order with no real solution offered. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle.

Usually, I order online, but last Thursday, I decided to go to the restaurant and eat there. I ordered the chicken roll and chicken pho, but the roll was very chewy and felt like it wasn’t fresh. The chicken in the pho also tasted old, but the soup was good. The overall experience was not good.

Trying to find parking here can be a pain but the food was definitely delish! I love that they have a boba/tea bar! The pho & boba paired perfectly together! The portion sizes were great and it wasn’t too expensive. Nice vibe in the lounge area & they also have a patio area where you can eat outside.

This pho restaurant is my favorite now in Tempe! What I love about this place is of course my favorite Rare steak pho- the steak is great quality and I get it always raw on the side weather I take it to go or eat there! And I live how caring people who work here are! They do really want you to have a great experience, they are very friendly and try to accommodate your needs by making sure they get it just right! I am very happy also that this place is only 10 min drive from my house and they also open later hours! I can eat pho for breakfast lunch and dinner and I appreciate their hospitality and live they put into making their food! I don’t even have any photos bc my kids and I always start eating so fast forgetting about surroundings and enjoying momentum!
