Pho Flavor Fountain Valley

I come here to eat with my boyfriend at least once a week. I like to order the North Vietnam pho style. Their pho is not salty and they don't skim on the meat. I love that they make the noodles fresh and that they use grass fed beef from New Zealand. The stackable bowls are so cute!!! I want one!! The staffs there are so friendly.

Offers northern and southern style broth. Tried both; lacks flavor. Egg noodles were too greasy and salty. Egg rolls were small but tasty. Pho was not hot enough. Nice food presentation. Simple clean spacious venue.

Atmosphere was great. Pleasing Aesthetics on point. 1 restroom toilet bidet. They give u a free basil leaf on bottle. No extra condiments on table since it comes with the dish but too little? Food didnt hit me with flavor tho. Food with rice and meat looks nice and taste good. Meat was tender. U can ask to cook the meat well done. Pho was basic.

I had pho ap chao chay (vegetarian fried rice noodles), and it was amazing. It's flavorful without being salty. I enjoy the presentation. I would absolutely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.
