Pho Eastern

We felt rushed from the moment we walked in. We were seated at a booth that was visibly ripped, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. The window sills were dirty, and the tops of the hoisin and sriracha bottles were sticky and unclean. Service felt inattentive. I was quickly asked if I wanted water or tea, but when my partner arrived, he was not asked if he wanted anything. We wanted to order drinks, but there was no drink menu provided, even though there is a bar. The pho itself was disappointing. The meats were overcooked, and after our food was dropped off, no one checked back to see how everything was or if we needed anything.Overall, the experience felt rushed and neglected, and the cleanliness and service did not meet expectations.

The food was good. We had the Bún Bò Huế, House special rice, and fried rice. The pork leg could have stayed in the stew a little longer. Other than that, the food was good. There’s also a bar. The avocado shake and coffee was gone by the time we left.

This is our favorite place to get pho in the Revere area so far. Good is amazing fresh ansn very plentiful also staff is super cordial and. Has a fast service! Highly recommended! Also my fiance is vegan and she loves ot too!

The food is OK. I usually order the wonton soup And or the Pho with the beef tendon without the tripe. I am giving the restaurant a 1 star on service because just like previous reviews have stated, all the waiters care about are tips. The service is not great because the servers are always on their electronic devices and they complain to the hostess when you do not tip to their "expectations." I am a conservative tipper across the board In any restaurant, and I was even approached by the hostess about my lack of tipping. I found her interaction very unprofessional and confrontational. She only confronted me because her waiters were complaining to her about my tipping practices. The service overall is not stellar...

restroom is very clean, A plus to me.... then the pho noodle soup is very good, much better than the one Pho Hua used to be, soup base is tasty not just hot water like other stores! we had the make yourself spring rolls plates, all greens are so fresh, meats are tasty and in good price so we keep going back ever since ...staff are very friendly, service is fast and always pay attention
