Pho Duong Banh Mi & More

Hands down the best Vietnamese food in the area! The Pho broth is incredibly clear yet packed with deep, savory flavor—you can tell they simmer it for hours. We also tried the Banh Mi, and the bread was perfectly crusty on the outside and soft inside. Everything tasted so fresh. This has officially become my weekly go-to spot!

We’ve been regular customers since Pho Duong began by selling only banh mi sandwiches and drinks. We’re so glad their menu has expanded, adding to the Vietnamese food scene here in town. All our dining experiences have been positively delicious. Keep it up, guys! 🥤

The pho broth is delicious without any additives. The spring roll was fresh and crispy. We also shared a bahn mi with lemongrass chicken and a summer roll. I didn’t like the peanut sauce with the spring roll and it was missing some salt and mint; the veggies in the bahn mi could have been julienned to make them thinner and easier to eat but those are my only minor complaints .. I’m super pleased with this place! Under 30 for two lunch specials with the rolls, main and a soda.

A nice little Pho place serving banh mi sandwiches and spring and summer rolls. My carafe had ice in it, which was more than I could say for Ometeo. I had the summer rolls, a bbq pork banh mi and a combination pho. The summer rolls were crispy and hot. The fish sauce added a nice flavor. The banh mi French bread was warm and had a wonderful crunch. The meat was plentiful and stood up to the bread. The pho had plenty of flank and brisket. The broth was not the best I have ever had, but it was very good and hit the spot on a cool, cloudy day.

I’m so happy and grateful to have found this gem. I’m first generation Vietnamese and I can honestly say this is as close to mom’s home cooking as it gets around here. I’ve ordered take out about half a dozen times now and I’ve not been disappointed once. The portions are generous and they take care in packing the items for delivery. I love love love this place.
