Pho Broadway

My girlfriend and I come here almost every Tuesday night, and it’s become one of our favorite weekly traditions. The food is consistently excellent. The fresh spring rolls with shrimp and beef are always incredibly fresh, and the Thai tea with boba is perfect every time 😌 Of course, the pho is outstanding as well. It’s flavorful, comforting, and something we genuinely look forward to each week. What really makes this place special, though, is the staff! Hindi and his coworkers are kind, welcoming, and make an effort to get to know us. They remember us, treat us with genuine warmth, and create an environment that feels personal and inviting. We’re grateful to have a place like this in our routine, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food and genuinely kind service.

At this point we come here so often we don’t even order anymore… we just sit down and they already know what’s happening. The pho is amazing every. single. time — rich broth, fresh ingredients, and exactly what you want when you’re craving comfort food. One of these days we may have to try some of their other foods, but the pho broth is the best we have found and trust me, we have been to a lot of pho places! But honestly the best part is the people. They’re so friendly that we’ve gone from “customers” to “same thing?” real quick. We have even brought friends or family with us multiple times who have also become regulars! If a restaurant knows your order before you say a word, you know it’s good! Safe to say we’ll be back next week… and the week after that… ☺️

We are approaching about 3yrs as regulars at Pho Broadway, and it’s about time we share our review of them. We, as a family, have always enjoyed Vietnamese food, especially Phở. We live about 30mins away from this location, but it worth the drive, honestly. Why? For the cleanliness of the restaurant, the grab a bite to eat simple atmosphere, the kind staff, and most of all……the enjoyable meals. We’re somewhat pho snobs, and Pho Broadway passes the test every time. We come here on a weekly basis. The pho slaps- we love the P5- rare steak and well done brisket. The broth is rich and flavorful, perfectly cooked noodles, fresh herbs, and generous portions. The spring rolls are also a fav of ours, especially with their peanut sauce. The pricing is so affordable for the high quality too. The staff is incredible. Friendly, fast, and always welcoming. Special shoutout to Hindi for consistently amazing service.
