Today, after seeing an Instagram thread, I visited a Korean-style Vietnamese noodle restaurant while I was in Flushing, New York. The staff there were very friendly, and my group enjoyed the cleanliness of the food. However, what I want to say is that please keep in mind that this is Korean style pho. I really liked it because it didn't have the taste of MSG that I've had before, but I would like to tell you that it might taste a little strange to those who are used to that taste. The interior of the store was incredibly clean, and the pumpkin croquettes the owner offered as a complimentary treat were exquisite. I'd love to visit again and try other dishes when I'm in Flushing.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant was also super clean, which I always appreciate. The ambiance was nice, relaxing, and overall a great vibe.I started off looking at the appetizers and decided to try the beef mushrooms, and wow... they were so flavorful and seasoned perfectly. But the real star of the night was the Galbi (braised beef rib). When I tell you it was falling off the bone, I mean it. It was so tender, soft, and packed with flavor easily a 10/10 dish. For the main course, we ordered both the Signature Pho and the Chicken Pho, and both were AMAZING. The broth was rich and comforting, and everything tasted fresh. Also, don't skip the add-ons! For only $2.50, we got the lemon spicy chili sauce on the side, and it added the perfect k

I have to say this place is now one of my absolute favorites. It’s been a week and I’m still obsessed with the food. I’m heading back as soon as I finish this because it was that incredible. We found it by accident—the amazing smell pulled us in while heading to a nearby café. We both got brisket pho: my husband with extra noodles and meat, me with lemongrass spicy broth and extra meat. The flavors were perfect, tender brisket, just the right kick. We were too busy savoring to talk at first. Our server was so sweet and offered us free sodas on the house when she heard it was our first time. The vibe was cozy and relaxed. The french fries looked amazing next door—next time we’re sharing them for sure. If you love Vietnamese food, go! Everything was spot on. Can’t wait to be back 😊

Really delicious pho! Think grilled Korean meats and long simmered pho. This mix is incredible! It's really like having great great Korean food and pho at the same time. We tried the meat lover pho with galbi and meat balls and I have to stay that the homemade meat balls WERE PHENOMENAL! The broth was deep and flavorful . It's got that simmered for hours flavor. Deeply satisfying! There were tripe, beef, brisket, raw beef round, and a bit of everything! Their unique intestine (gopchang) pho was almost winner. Deliciously spicy. Was too spicy for me but it was definitely hearty and hit the spot. The gopchang was actually GRILLED (or smoked). It was tender and went well with the spicy broth. I was suprised by the delicious combination. The Korean style meats and the Vietnamese pho were bo

Very delicious Vietnamese food. We had the signature soup and the beef brisket. Both were so tasty and tender. The noodles were fresh and delicious. Would definitely come back. Oh and the summer rolls with the sauce were phenomenal.
