I decided to upgrade my rating since this restaurant has become one of our regular spots for dining out. The customer service has significantly improved. ========== However, during our recent visit, my wife and I ordered two items, but the cashier mistakenly rang up four different items. We didn't realize the error until we got home. Additionally, he charged us for tea that we never ordered and didn’t receive. Typically, Vietnamese pho places serve hot tea for free. Due to the overcharge and the charge for something we neither ordered nor received, I’ve decided to take off a star from my review. Pho 7 is a decent place for Vietnamese noodle soup. Not the best pho you can find. The broth lacks richness and the portions are quite small- even though i ordered extra meat.If you’re willing to drive just five more minutes, I highly recommend Pho My Chau 2 Restaurant — it’s always consistently delicious and never disappointing!

Great find in beautiful Federal Way! You must check out Pho7 on 1st — what a gem! My husband and I wanted to try everything on the menu (hee hee). We shared the X-large brisket pho, Vietnamese pancake, and the fried chicken — and OMG!!! That chicken is next-level delicious. Crispy, flavorful, and addictive. You have to try it! Also, the place was super clean and well-kept, which made the dining experience even better. We'll definitely be back!

The food was good but the spring rolls had mint and was nasty I recommend that when you come to Order without mint and my mom paid 90 dollars only for 2 phos and 2 spring rolls I am going to stick with my Tai pho near h-mart

Spent over $100 on entrées was not to happy with flavor. The pho broth lacked spices, the glass of water was crusted with food that my mom felt on her lips. We bought some to dishes to go and my daughter found a pretty sizeable eggshell in her rice dish. Overall not the best pho around
