Pho 4ever - Memphis

We ordered Hu Tu Nam vang, fish sauce chicken wings, bun rieu, papaya salad, nem nuong spring roll and a Vietnamese coffee with condense milk. Overall, it was a pretty solid experience. The place is very nice and CLEAN! The service was quick and friendly! The papaya salad is the star of the show! The nem nuong spring rolls were amazing! The fish sauce chicken wings is missing a sweet flavor. It is more on the savory side. The bun rieu is good, but it is little salty for my taste, the hu tieu nam vang (tapioca noodles). The broth is vey generic. It is missing the “Hu tieu” flavor. If I have to guess, it would be the “radish flavor,” fried shallot and fried squid flavor for the umami. Fantastic new Vietnamese in Midtown Memphis! Great service, clean, good vibes, easy to park. Food was fantastic, tastes authentic, plenty of flavor. Loved the vermicelli noodle dish, bahn mi, spring rolls, and we had the vegetarian pho.

Amazing new Vietnamese spot. Fresh tasting veggies and food offerings, as if there is a garden in the back! Enjoyed the spring rolls and a beef bahn mi.

This was a great spot to find for a Vietnamese meal! The whole family was happy. Tried the vegan pho and was very satisfied with the flavor depth of the broth. All of the vegetables were very fresh in every dish we ordered (shrimp spring rolls, tofu vermicelli bowl, beef banh mi, vegan vegetable pho, 2 desserts- black eye pea and corn). We stopped in on a rainy Saturday and the place was empty except for a couple other tables. We got fast, friendly service. The restaurant is clean with a pleasant vibe. Don’t sleep on this restaurant, Memphis! You want to keep it around!
