Pho 192

Had my lunch here and got Pho for the first time it was DELECTABLE! Absolutely amazing! I didn't have to add anything to enhance the flavor but I like spice so i added a bit of chili oil. The broth was rich and flavorful. The portion of one bowl was honestly enough to feed 2 and for a great price. I also had the pork potstickers and a mango-passion fruit slush which were really nice. Our server Meme was the sweetest lady ever. The service was fast and the vibe of the restaurant is very chill. I will definitely be back soon.

Excellent crab rangoons. Excellent special beef pho. Price was good for how much food I received. I’ll definitely be coming back! I am concerned for food cost and people wanting a smaller amount for cheaper price to accommodate more sales per day for you but other than that I hope this business thrives and stays in town. The server was amazing and she’s the main reason I’ll be coming back. Definitely a most valuable employee and I don’t know if the business will survive without her. she lights up the room with her cheerful welcome, and elegant and polite demeanor

This our first time here. Mimi was our server, she was so sweet and accommodating. She gave great recommendations when we were indecisive of what to get. And she also customized a tea drink for us too. Food comes out fast and is absolutely delicious and steaming hot! We had the special pho as well as shared the honey lemongrass chicken which was so flavorful. Fantastic experience 10/10 would recommend and I will be coming back to eat and try other variety of dishes. Mimi made the experience memorable 💖

Viet egg rolls were perfect. Super crispy outside and soft noodle inside. Pho was very good, but they only have a few basic choices. Steak and brisket, chicken, special with short rib and meatball. I like tripe and tendon, but can live without. Meat was very fresh and tender. They have a bunch of other good options but we always start with pho so will check out other stuff next time. Staff was very nice and quick. Decent beers for$4.50, kirin, saporro, and tsing tao and some domestics. Great location in downtown Melbourne by a bunch of other things to do any time of day. Parking can be tight but there are open lots 2 blocks away. Check out out, I hope it stays around.

I tried the Shrimp & Pork Wonton Soup and it was pretty good coming from NYC and having a China Town it's tough finding good food in Palm Bay, but little by little I keep find some good spots. My Wife had Chicken Pho and that was also amazing. Soups are one size and very large bowl soup. on the same strip as "Pho 192" you also have an excellent Irish "Meg O'Malley's Restaurant & Irish Pub" that sells amazing food. As well as a Pizza Shop "Mister 01" Pizza all on the same strip. Just thought I'd throw this in there since it's on the same area in down town Melbourne. Psst, Don't skip the Soup or you will be missing out.
