Some of the best wings in town and by far the best collard greens. The greens were not overload sugar sweetness. They were tangy-sweet- spicy perfection. They offer naked breadless wings which is a nice Gluten free option but they do share a fryer if you’re sensitive to cross contamination. The fresh cut homemade fries were delicious. Not too fat and not too skinny. The lemonade came a pouch which is great for kids. If you go either call ahead or plan to wait because they make everything to order. I saw them make a cheese steak that looked out of this world.

The food is absolutely amazing. I had the big papi double smash burger with the signature sauce and it was so good I absolutely inhaled it. They have tons of great foods that they switch up all the time. Also where they really stand out is the service. Chef Fred is such a wholesome guy and really has a passion for what he does, which isn’t just cooking, but making people happy and serving his community. He gives away free food all the time and is genuinely such a humble person. Gave us some free apple pie and peach cobblers tonight as he was closing up shop. This man deserves his own restaurant and I can’t wait to see the day he opens it 🙏🏼

I was lucky enough to finally give them a try! The fries were seasoned perfectly, thick, and crispy. Their smash burger, well, by the time I took the first bite I couldn’t put it down so I wasn’t able to grab a picture. Same goes for the peach cobbler, took a bite and was not put back down until I finished. Amazing food, kind and warm people making it for you. I can’t say enough!

Wow!!!! I can tell you that this food truck experience was absolutely amazing! Im from Cajun Country down in the Bayous of Southern Louisiana and this food was spot on! I was so impressed with how this family worked together as a team. I had the spicy catfish sandwich with the Cajun Mac-n-Cheese....I immediately noticed why it was called that because it had what we call in Cajun Country the "Holy Trinity"! I highly recommend this place! Great food.. Great experience watching this family work together...great job!

There’s a reason why they have such high reviews!!! This place is absolutely fantastic! We tried the big bacon and the chicken Philly, and we were taken to a whole different dimension with the flavors—plus they have all fresh ingredients and everything is made to order. This is my new favorite spot in Melbourne. I’ve already told everyone I know to come check them out!
