Excellent customer service! I entered this establishment early in the morning to pick up an order for a Christmas party. Turns out it was the wrong pretzel factory. But it didn’t matter, Carmen and his team could tell I was frantic and filled my order for me. They were accommodating, friendly, and sweet. Carmen and Andrew rock! They designed these heart shaped pretzels for my son’s wedding. They even offered to deliver to the reception so the pretzels would still be fresh for guests at the end of the night. What customer service! They went above and beyond and it was much appreciated.
My husband had martini pretzels made for my 30th birthday party and I loved them so much! This detail was a huge hit with my guests. Thank you to the Richboro Pretzel Factory Team that made this possible!
