Philly Pretzel Factory

These are half the size of a regular pretzel. They was nice and soft but crunchy on the ends. Also they was very salty and pretty pricey giving the size.

Nowhere to sit. I told the lady I just wanted one soft pretzel she tells me I'd have to buy 5 of them. She then grabs me a single pretzel that was sitting out on a table in a pile that's probably been sitting out all day. The pretzel was rock hard, barely had salt on it, and didn't even look like the typical pretzel factory pretzel. 1.50$ for a little cup of spicy mustard and a little cup of cheese that was cold. I grew up in jersey eating at the pretzel factory but this place sucked.

The tvs were broken so we couldn't see the menu at all. There were 3 young kids and the one was helping me while the others were on their phones. It was a very ackward experience when you feel like you annoy them by just walking in. The good thing was the pretzels were good, but the place only had rivets. Not a good experience overall.

Under the new management, we had a fantastic experience! The positive service was highly recommended, and when my family and I ordered, the food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. We all agreed it was exceptional!

I was running errands earlier and stopped in for some mini pretzels. I used cash and this girl literally gives me my change in PENNIES! Are you kidding me? 35 cents IN PENNIES! I dropped them all back on the counter and said "did you just give me my change in all pennies"..she says "yeah". If you can't make change properly then put a sign on your door! I won't be stopping here again. Not a customers fault if you don't have quarters, dimes, or nickels. So wrong.
