Philly Pretzel Factory

Very disappointed in my eagles special made pretzel. One it looks horrible. Two it's all broke. I was told it's made that way I just have to push it together. Although I was not made aware of that when I ordered it. $20 wasted!! I could've had several regular pretzels for that amount of money. Just be aware of special made orders. You never know what your going to get.

Wow! So many negative reviews for this location! There's no way they deserve a 4.2 rating. We usually go to the location on Egg Harbor Rd but decided last Tuesday morning to stop by the Mullica Hill store since it was on the drive home. Purchased 10 pretzels at 7:10 am. We each had 1 pretzel on the 2.5 hr drive home. The pretzels were both hard - definitely not the quality we have always experienced and come to expect. Tried 2 more when we arrived home; 2.5 hrs after having purchased. Even harder now. Extremely disappointing because we do not have PPF stores in our area. It was after trying to eat our 2nd pretzels we noticed they were burnt. Checked the others - all were burnt and very hard. Completely inedible 2.5 hrs after time of purchase. We cannot recommend the Mullica Hill locat

We’ve stopped using this location for a varying number of reasons. When we dash orders from here, something’s always forgotten. Pretzels taste different every time. Cooked different every time. The rivets are like bricks. Can hardly bite through them because they’re usually over cooked. We tried many many times to utilize them since they’re so close to us but we’ve given up all hope and will not be returning. The 3 star review is based on the fact that they are always willing to make the order right and the kids at the counter are usually smiling. As far as the quality of the product at this location, no bueno..

The pretzels weren’t fresh. I paid six dollars for a pepperoni and cheese pretzel and two plain pretzels. They asked if I wanted marinara. I said no but it was self imposed on me anyway (in the bag). The pretzels were hard and sitting out. What a waste. I will not go back. Not even a thank you, have a nice day.

Revised review: Manager responded, and my refund was processed. Thank you! I purchased a bucket of rivets Sat 9/21/24 for an event. When I got to the event, the pretzels were all wet and slimy, the salt was dissolved, and there was a layer of water at the bottom, plus many of the rivets were stuck together. Nobody would eat them!
