I'm channeling my inner Mandolarian here, "this is the way." I've had a lot of pizza, and I highly recommend checking these guys out! Another Instagram account I've been following for quite a while has been this mobile pizza truck. I've been in love with their content of the wood fired oven and the pizza's that they've been showing off. Follow their page to see where they will be on any particular day. Here, I caught them at Bonesaw Brewing Co. in Glassboro. First off, Brett and his team are a bunch of cool people with great personalities that genuinely love what they do and are having a lot of fun doing it! If there's ever a group of dudes you'd want to crack a beer with at the end of a hard day, these guys would be your crowd. Aside from that, they are putting out some amazing pies.

The best pizza in Jersey. It’s amazing! The crust is thin and crispy, the sauce is excellent and the toppings fresh. Reminds me very much of the pizza I had in Italy!

The pizza is amazing, pair it with great service from the staff they have made a winning combination. Look out for these guys, they have something very special. Can’t wait until my next trip.

Blown away not only by the taste but the top-notch ingredients. The lightest, refreshing, and all-consuming pizza that we couldn’t put down until it was down to the crumbs. Very professional staff who made sure we were taken great care of.

Found this spot while in the area. It was a food truck parked out a gelato shop. My brother and I ordered three pizzas, the primavera and the sausage & red pepper (they ended up giving us a duplicate of that one instead of the grandma) Both were excellent. It was cooked well so the crust had a nice crisp. The sauce had good taste and all of the ingredients were fresh. Definitely going to return to try the other pies.
