So today I went to the library asking for a tour. The lady was very rude like shocked I asked for a tour. Maybe she should look up who I am cause we have one of the biggest growing organizations in the world. Secondly the white male who was helping me was ok, but you can tell it’s def some racism there. He was working with me and stopped me in my tracks to help a white couple that walked in when the lady said to him, I can wait he insisted on helping them and making me stand there at the printer looking dumb for 5-10 mins, when he initially was helping me . Then I had to pay with my debit card, and Dawn awe man she was very rude you can definitely tell she doesn’t like any one that’s black or skin tone different than hers. I felt very uncomfortable and weirded out and I will never return t

I love this library!! All of the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The resources they have for children and daily children's events are amazing (Maddie & Stephanie just do a wonderful job)!! The playroom is very nice too. Also, their quarterly book sale is fantastic - children's books for a quarter! They also have a Library of Things - check that out too. Highly recommend!! 💗

We homeschool and we use libraries all around us. I’ve waited a bit to report this place, but today I pretty much had it with the staff. Anytime I call in or talk to anyone at this library (staff representative who are at the desk) They are so extremely rude and un-enthusiastic about being there. It could be that they are underpaid, but that doesn’t cause you to have to be a crappy person. New hires needs to be trained on customer service and how to be empathetic towards patrons. I mean after all, patrons are the ones supporting the libraries in some way. I just called this morning about a book I placed on hold a few days ago just to check the status and she said “1. You are not even in line for the book. 2. This book is not even available and we don’t know when it will be” which was dif

*Regarding book sales only* I recently attended their winter book sale and unfortunately had to do deal with re-sellers again. I just wish they would find a way to deal with the mass amount of re-sellers that show up. They have become more aggressive each time a sale happens. My dad almost got pushed over during this sale and slammed into a table. Spoke to the person in charge and basically said they’re not going to do anything about it. So if you plan to go to there sales, fair warning re-sellers will push you around, leave there boxes of books in the middle of the aisle, and ignore the rules. It’s sad because they’re an amazing library but refuse to listen to people warning them that the re sellers are a problem and will hurt someone eventually.

Awful experience. It was my first time here I walked in to sign up for a library card and was immediately ignored while standing at a desk that is fully staffed, once someone acknowledge me i get waved over to a different desk and she puts her hand out without saying a word to me. I explain that i need a library card and she right away decides she is too busy to help me, she then tries to convince another worker to help sign me up to the point she is begging her to ( i guess since its such an inconvenience) so at this point i get sent back to the place i was originally standing just to be told I can't have one because even though i live in the County my City doesn't work with this library and that was all the explanation i got. I'm disappointed in the lack of service considering the age of
