Horrible customer service, Ronnie was at the front desk. I called before arrival to have pretzels ready and her response was "whatever i have in case".mind you, they are open til 4pm on sunday. I recommend not coming to this location. Not worth your time. Employees are rude. Nice holiday spirit.

This location isn’t worth your time or money. My friend drove in to get 30 pretzels for her co workers and was told at the counter “they didn’t have time for that” and when she said she would purchase all in the case the employee said “those are for customers who want one.” Are you a pretzel business? Cause it sounds to me like your opening employees are screwing your business over by not making enough products. I see there is a new owner, well you should fire whoever is working today 2/20/26

So new owners come in and you raise prices over 10% I didnt realize flour was being tariffed. I wont be back.

Always stop in Jersey /Philly during our road trips to get our soft pretzels and bottles of fresh mustard. Never disappointed!

I have been a frequent costumer for about 2 years now and am always satisfied with my experience. Definitely my favorite spot for pretzels around the area as I’ve never gotten stale food. Service is also very welcoming.
